A Crochet Mystery Game at the Willowbrook Fiber Festival

Hey guys! We’re heading to the fictional Willowbrook Fiber Festival—but one of the event’s most valuable skeins has mysteriously disappeared! 🧶

Midnight Meadow is a one-of-a-kind, hand-spun yarn made with wool from a rare heritage sheep breed. With its bold colors, unusual slub texture, and irresistible neps, it was supposed to be auctioned to support a rare-breed sheep conservancy.

But sometime during the festival, the yarn vanished from beneath its glass display dome.

Five people had their eyes on the skein. Each had a reason to want it—and one of them took it!

During this live mystery game, Crochet Club members will play the suspects while the rest of us become detectives. Listen to their stories, investigate their motives, study the evidence, question the suspects, and piece together the timeline.

By the end of the evening, you’ll need to decide:

🔎 Who stole Midnight Meadow?

🧶 How did they take it without being noticed?

🤔 What was their motive?

No mystery-game experience is needed. Just bring your detective notes, your best investigative instincts, and your knowledge of just how tempting an extraordinary skein of yarn can be!
